The world today is so fast paced that we often forget to take a moment to breath. With increased life demands and stressors, it can be easy to lose focus and balance. Our peer support groups aim to help individuals regain and maintain this balance while improving overall well-being.
Objectives:
- To provide a safe and secure space for individuals to share, heal and grow
- To provide individuals with a platform that enables them to engage and bond with, as well as learn from others
- To equip individuals with the necessary tools to live a flourishing and fulfilling life
