Our groups aim to provide individuals with the skills to achieve and nurture that harmony
Objectives:
- To provide a safe and secure space for individuals to share, heal and grow
- To provide individuals with a platform that enables them to engage and bond with, as well as learn from others
- To equip individuals with the necessary tools to achieve a mind, body and soul balance
The groups will include common mental conditions such as:
- Stress
- Anxiety
- ADHD
- Living with chronic pain, illness and disability
