FAQ

Neurobloom Psychology Practice is registered with the Namibian Association of Medical Aid Fund which allow us to claim on most medical aid. To find out if you are covered, please fill the Contact Form. We will find out if you are covered within your plan and the number of sessions that you qualify for.

If you are not covered then we will give you a cash rate.

A standard session takes between 50 to 60 minutes. However, depending on your circumstances, we can tailor a plan that suit your needs.

This depends on person to person and the reason for seeking counselling. It generally ranges from 3 to 12 therapy sessions at a definitive interval, to assist you develop self-management skills, which is key to overcoming similar challenges in the future.

Neurobloom Psychology Practice applies local and international standard code of conduct. Unless the client’s life is at significant risk, otherwise all information shared during therapy sessions remains strictly confidential.

If at any point you feel that your emotional state of mind; mood, thoughts and behaviour are affecting your daily tasks such as bathing, eating, and sleeping and work or school life etc. You may consider seeking professional help to assess if your case requires a more structured intervention.

A change in your child’s behaviour, attitude and mood usually is an indication of something significant occurring in the child’s life. Try to speak to them about whether you can help or if they would feel comfortable to speak to a professional.

Yes, group therapy sessions can be organized for interest group with common and relatable issues. You may contact us to discuss about the tailored plan and quotation that will suit your needs.
